Sorry but I'm a girlie girl...what the hell is that they're riding??? That looks incredibly awesome!
It's a racing sidecar outfit. The passenger acts as balast through the bends by hanging off either side of the machine. This keeps the machine from flipping over. In that photo, the passenger is only just keeping the machine on the track.It'a specialised, but very spectacular sport.
